Michael Muroff AIA has been providing professional design services to developers, business
owners and real estate professionals for over twenty-four years. His experience in architectural
design, construction management and building investigation is a valuable asset to all phases of the
construction project.

Mr. Muroff has been responsible for the design and construction administration of thousands of
multi-family dwelling units and apartment building conversions throughout the metropolitan area.
The firm has been responsible for the design and construction management of numerous medical
facilities, dormitories and office buildings.

Mr. Muroff has been a Registered Architect since 1980. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree
from Brooklyn College and a Bachelor of Architecture from Pratt Institute. Licensed in the states
of New York and New Jersey. Consultant for the New York City Department of Buildings.
He has been a lecturer at New York City Technical College and at the College of Staten Island.
