Mrs. Ruiz-Seagriff has been with the firm for 20 + years and is a key member of the team. She is responsible for supervising daily operational and administrative functions. Her knowledge and experience has made her invaluable to the team. With excellent follow up and coordination skills, Mrs. Ruiz-Seagriff is able to ensure that the team meets all required deadlines with optimum results. She is a 2014 CUNY graduate with a BA in Public Administration from John Jay College of Criminal Justice. 

Mrs. Ruiz Seagriff is also a Certified Construction Manager and a NYC DOB Code & Zoning Class 2 Representative. 

Throughout her years at MMA, Mrs. Ruiz- Seagriff has developed a great professional as well as personal relationship with the team. She enjoys working at MMA because it has become her second home. When she is out of the working environment, Mrs. Ruiz Seagriff enjoys the simple life at home with her loving husband and son.
